OTP not received
If you're not receiving the OTP:
- Check if your phone has network signal
- Wait at least 30 seconds — SMS may be delayed
- Make sure your inbox is not full
- Check if SMS from unknown senders is not blocked
- Try again after 1-2 minutes
- If still not working, contact us on WhatsApp
Phone number changed
If you've changed your mobile number and can't access your account:
- Contact us on WhatsApp with your old and new number
- We'll verify your identity and update your account
- Your order history and data will be preserved
Account blocked or restricted
Your account may be restricted if:
- Multiple failed login attempts detected
- Suspicious activity was flagged
- Admin has temporarily restricted your account
Solution: Contact us on WhatsApp with your registered phone number. We'll review and restore your access within 24 hours.
Page not loading / errors
Try these steps:
- Clear your browser cache and cookies
- Try in incognito/private mode
- Check your internet connection
- Try a different browser (Chrome recommended)
- If the problem persists, contact support
