How to Return

Go to My Orders
Open the app and navigate to your order history

Select the Item
Tap on the delivered order and select "Return (Defective)" for the item

Upload Photo
Take a clear photo showing the defect and submit your request

Pickup from Home
Our delivery partner will pick up the item from your doorstep within 2-3 days

Get Refund
Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after pickup
Eligible for Return
- Product received with manufacturing defect
- Damaged during delivery (torn, stained, broken)
- Wrong product delivered (different from order)
- Missing items from the order
- Returned within 3 days of delivery
NOT Eligible for Return
- Size doesn't fit (choose carefully before ordering)
- Change of mind / didn't like the color
- Product used, washed, or altered
- Tags, labels, or packaging removed
- Return window expired (after 3 days)
- Innerwear, socks, and accessories
Refund Timeline
- Return request approved: Within 24 hours
- Pickup from your address: 2-3 business days
- Quality check: 1-2 business days after pickup
- Refund processed: 5-7 business days
- COD orders: refund via UPI/bank transfer
