By accessing and using BR-33 Fashion, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Account & Registration

You must provide a valid mobile number to register
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
You must be at least 18 years of age to place orders
One account per person — multiple accounts may be terminated

Orders & Payment

Cash on Delivery (COD) is the primary payment mode
Orders are subject to product availability and delivery serviceability
Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors or stock issues
Delivery charges may apply based on your pincode and order value

Open Box Delivery

All orders are delivered with Open Box inspection
You must inspect the product before accepting delivery
If the product is damaged or incorrect, reject it on the spot
A delivery OTP will be shared with you for verification
Share OTP only after inspecting the product

Returns & Refunds

3-day defective return policy from delivery date
Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged products
Size exchange or change of mind is not covered
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after pickup

Promo Codes

Promo codes are subject to specific terms and validity periods
Each promo code can be used once per customer unless stated otherwise
Promo codes cannot be combined with other offers
We reserve the right to modify or withdraw promo codes at any time

BR-33 Fashion acts as a marketplace connecting buyers with local sellers. We are not the manufacturer of products and are not liable for manufacturing defects beyond facilitating returns as per our policy.
